ReFILL

ReFILL is an award-winning campaign that aims to encourage communities to live less with plastic.

With goals to help others go plastic-free, ReFILL is creating awareness for plastic pollution by supporting the transition towards reuse systems and providing simple changes across local communities.

Our creative director Tab provided the branding for ReFILL's awesome campaign to encourage individuals to bring their bottles instead of purchasing plastic ones. She created everything from posters to graphics which can be seen on their water bottles as well as their original logo.

Making sustainable living more accessible for local communities.

The community is always at the heart of what they do, with profits raised being put back into local communities like the Bude Sea Pool. ReFILL is not only making "reuse and refill" options better known and more accessible, but they're providing safer access to clean drinking water.

What originated as a simple idea in a Bude Beach Hut to reduce the number of single-use plastics heading to landfills has since grown into a successful campaign that's popular throughout the rest of the UK. The campaign has since gained enough popularity to launch its very own ReFILL app.

Apps creating change for the better.

ReFILL aims to build awareness surrounding eating, drinking and shopping by promoting places that don't use plastic but offer sustainable options in their communities. They even launched a pilot app to provide a network of locations that offer alternatives to plastic pollution.

City to Sea, the charity behind the app as well as other plastic waste-reduction campaigns has since relaunched the app to cafes and eateries to promote the use of reusable cups and containers as well as package-free shopping.

Since then, the platform has expanded across the UK with over 30,000 businesses participating and preventing 100 million plastic bottles from reaching landfills.
