Meet Taylored Campervans, a North Devon brand that specialises in designing, creating and selling bespoke camper van conversions with the highest level of craftsmanship.

Collaborating with Taylored, we learnt that not only do they want to sell vans and conversions, but also the lifestyle that comes with it. 

Helping them in areas, such as their marketing, web design as well as content creation meant we can create a community and show off the quality craft that the brand stands for.

Creating better online experiences.

Taking the already established website, we worked with the team to build upon what they had but fully optimise it to improve the user journey, drive enquiries and show off the brand as the market leader. We focused on what was already present on the site and aimed to make the messaging clearer, to achieve Taylored's KPIs.

There were amends throughout the site with sizing being one of the biggest issues as users were having to scroll further increasing the likelihood of drop-off. This was especially an issue on the homepage with it being longer than necessary and benefiting from it being made shorter but still effectively communicating the information it needed to. Addressing these issues simply by tidying the page improved the bounce rate whilst keeping the necessary information within reach.

This, amongst a series of iterative amends, would make the website better serve Taylored and provide an improved experience overall for their customers.

Establishing a strategy that sells.

Collaborating on Taylored's marketing means we can continue to build on the premium and professional brand that has already evolved through designing a bespoke marketing strategy to carry out each month.

We started by addressing KPIs that had been discussed with Taylored including growing their organic online reach and improving their already strong enquiry rate. As well as performance improvements, we set up a newsletter system, and are currently iterating enquiry funnels to drive more interest in van sales.

The continued clever use of tech as well as amplifying their outbound marketing efforts were both crucial steps to expanding their online reach with plenty of opportunities to expand further still. Simply increasing the output with their other marketing sources like social media and the proposed newsletter would give the business voices on multiple channels and help generate even more leads.

Lastly, we want to set up their marketing for the long term. So working with the team directly, we're actively putting in place processes and frameworks so anyone can pick up the marketing work and the business will still achieve a consistent, effective output.

From hearing their goals, we capture content promoting the vans and values that Taylored stands for by setting out a content plan for each month and delivering a strong image gallery for the team. Whether that's promoting the campervan lifestyle, showing behind the scenes at the workshop or capturing the essence of the vans and the craft that goes into them.
